Counselling with Robyn

A place to feel heard, understood and supported.

Life can ask more of us than we know how to carry alone. Counselling offers a compassionate space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing and reconnect with your own capacity to move forward.

You don’t have to do this alone

Whatever brings you here, we can begin where you are.

You may be navigating a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed by stress or simply sensing that something needs to change.

Sometimes the path forward is hard to see when we are carrying too much, moving too quickly or trying to meet everyone else’s needs. Counselling creates room to pause and listen—to your experience, your needs and the parts of you that may not have had enough space.

Our work together is collaborative. I will meet you with curiosity, compassion and respect, while helping you explore patterns, strengthen self-understanding and find choices that feel more aligned with who you are.

Reasons people reach out

Counselling can support you through many kinds of change.

You do not need a perfect explanation for what is happening. A feeling that life has become too heavy—or that you want something to be different—is enough for a place to start.

01

Anxiety & stress

When worry, pressure or overwhelm make it difficult to feel present, settled or like yourself.

02

Grief & loss

Support while moving through loss, change or the emotional weight of a life you did not expect.

03

Relationships

Exploring how you connect, communicate, protect yourself and stay true to what matters to you.

04

Life transitions

Finding steadiness and direction through changes in identity, work, family, health or purpose.

05

Self-worth

Developing a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself beyond achievement or approval.

06

Feeling stuck

Making sense of familiar patterns and creating space for new choices, perspective and possibility.

My approach

Compassionate,
collaborative and
grounded in the
whole person.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be honest—with ourselves and with another person. There is no single formula. We will shape the work around your experiences, values, strengths and hopes.

1You set the pace. We move in a way that respects your readiness and what feels important to you.
2We stay curious. Together, we look beneath familiar reactions with care rather than judgment.
3We notice your strengths. The work includes what is difficult and the wisdom and capacity you already carry.

What to expect

A simple, supportive way to begin.

Step one

Reach out

Send a short note about what brings you to counselling or simply say that you would like to connect. You do not need to share everything in your first message.

Step two

Have a conversation

We will talk about what you are hoping for, answer your questions and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

Step three

Move forward together

If it feels right, we will begin with what matters most to you and continue at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Your next step

You are welcome to begin with a question.

Reaching out does not commit you to anything. It is simply an opportunity to connect, learn more and see whether this feels like the right kind of support for you.
