Warmth
A welcoming space where you do not need to perform, impress or have the right words.

Meet Robyn
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, health and performance coach, facilitator and two-time Canadian Olympian.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: a healthier relationship with ourselves can change how we meet every part of our lives.
My story
For much of my life, I understood possibility through the world of high-performance sport.
For 17 years, I competed internationally as a member of Canada’s National Track and Field Team, including two Olympic Games. That journey taught me about discipline, courage, perseverance and the extraordinary things people can accomplish when they commit themselves fully.
It also taught me that achievement is only one part of a life. Beneath every performance is a human being—with needs, relationships, uncertainty, pressure and a desire to feel whole.
Over time, my understanding of strength grew. It came to include the ability to pause, listen inwardly, ask for support and choose a path that honours our health as well as our hopes.
That understanding continues to shape how I meet people today: with respect for what they have carried, curiosity about what is possible and trust in their capacity to find a way forward.
I believe we can pursue meaningful change without treating ourselves as a problem to be fixed.
From performance to possibility
Elite sport taught me to value preparation and persistence. Life taught me that sustainable growth also asks for compassion, flexibility, relationship and a willingness to hear what our experience is telling us.
Today, I bring both perspectives to my work. I understand the drive to become more—and I understand the importance of not losing ourselves in the pursuit.
What we achieve matters. How we live, relate and care for ourselves along the way matters too.
Why the lotus
The lotus grows through mud and murky water before opening toward the light.
For me, it represents the possibility of becoming more fully ourselves without erasing the difficult parts of our experience.
With compassion, awareness and support, even the seasons that challenge us can become part of how we deepen, heal and grow.
Strength can be expressed through softness. Hope can be honest about what came before.
What you can expect from me
A welcoming space where you do not need to perform, impress or have the right words.
Thoughtful questions that help you understand your experience and see new possibilities.
Trust in your lived experience, your pace and your ability to make choices that are right for you.
A relationship where we can name what is difficult with compassion and without judgment.
Support in stepping back from the immediate pressure so you can see what matters more clearly.
A belief that meaningful change is possible—even when the next step is not yet obvious.
My work today
My counselling and coaching work share the same foundation: connection, compassion and respect for the whole person.
People come to me in different seasons and for different reasons. Some need room to process what has happened. Others want clarity about what comes next. Many are learning how to pursue meaningful lives without sacrificing their well-being.
A place to begin
Our first conversation is a chance to share what is happening, ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.
